I want to config it from a PC with console but i do not have
the console cable .
what is the rj45 to DB9 pinout of the cable ?
what port do i need to connect it ?
can i use a cisco cable ?

A Cisco cable likely will not work.

What is the shell that No. 3 on the RJ connects to?
I’ve used this scheme without connecting cable 3 and it didn’t work for me.
