RJ45 DB9 Console Cable pinout

I just purchased some PortServer II-16s from a secondary source who did not include the console RJ45-DB9 adapter. I’m ready to build one and found the PDF with all the pinouts. However, there is not a particular pinout listed for a PortServer II-16 console cable. Which is the correct pinout that I should use to build my cable? Any help is appreciated.
