after 'boot action=factory' 'cpconf term' cmd returns only one line

Im using PortServer TS-4 terminal server. I want to do a save of default configs to a text file. After entering in a ‘boot action=factory’ command, then after the TS reboots entering a ‘cpconf term’ command the TS replies with only one line of information.

Why?

And how can I download the complete default configs?

Try assigning an IP address to the unit then connect to it using your browser. After logging in as root (default password: dbps), select the “Backup/Restore” option under the Administration menu to copy the configuration to a file.
