Anywhere USB/14 and IP Network Failover

I want to test IP Network Failover.
But I see no Second ethernet port. It doesnt work.
In “Network Failover Settings”
Network Failover General Settings
Enable IP Network Failover - YES.
In Advanced Network Settings I see onli eth0.
Why second eth port doesnt work ?
What need to do for find it ?
