AnywhereUSB 14 - BSOD with intermittent network connectivity

Hello,

We recently experienced a serious network issue in our company, where ~80% of the traffic was dropped between the server and the anywhere usb devices.

We noticed that during this period with intermittent network connectivity, our server using our new anywhereusb experienced 9 blue screens over a 15 hours period.

It appears that all were related to the USB driver. The minidump reveals:

BugCheck 100000D1, {4, 2, 0, 90ed3292}

Unable to load image E1G60I32.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for E1G60I32.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for E1G60I32.sys
Probably caused by : AwUsbSys.sys ( AwUsbSys+4292 )

Our devices are running firmware v.1.51.1221 and the driver is v.3.60.60.0

Is there any way to not crash the servers when experiencing network issues? The expected behavior would be to disconnect the USB device, not crash the server.

Are there any logs that I could send you to help investigate?

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,
