AnywhereUSB/2 install error

I got the following error on the Network Attached USB Hub Installation on W2K3 virtual machine:

C:\AnywhereUSB>Setup.exe -s
Network Attached USB Hub Installation Version 2.3.2

Searching for previous installation…

No previous version found

Installing system drivers…

InstallRootEnumeratedDriver: last error=2
UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices FAILURE: The system cannot find the file specified.

Any idea whats going wrong?

I can´t Install the AnywhereUSB/2 on a Windows Server 2003 Maschine:
