AnywhereUSB/5 g2 all led blinks

Hello,

I’ve recently update the firmware of the AnywhereUSB/5 (g2) and I lost the connection with the device during the process. Since that, I can’t access it and the AW-usb is blinking all his led red and green.

I’ve tried to reboot it by pressing the button but nothing happened. What should I do ?

Does this issue still happen if you disconnect all USB devices and the network cable, and only apply power to the unit?
