AnywhereUSB/5 Gen 2 and 100% cpu usage

I have problems with AnywhereUSB/5 Gen 2 (The firmware and the tools AnywhereUSB are up to date) .
I use it to connect smart card with usb reader to a virtual machine in Windows 2012 R2.
In night, we have some disconnections with the digiconnect, when it’s appear, the computer’s cpu usage goes high (100%).
Virtual Machine becomes unreachable after some minutes.
Have you ever had this problem ?

Have you tried to uninstall the AnywhereUSB driver and reboot. Then reinstall the AnywhereUSB 3.80 drivers.
Ensure the 1.83 firmware is installed also.
