AnywhereUSB/5 MHC - Client can not connect with USB when groups are set.

Dear Support,

I have a strange problem regarding my device.

Problem:
All ports are group 1 and port 1 is connected with a smartcard reader. The smartcardreader / usb stick works and can be connected.

But when I change port 2 to group 2 (even without any device connected) then the USB device on port 1 does not work anymore. It does connect the USB port but not the device. In this case the LED form the smartcard reader is not on.

When I change al groups back to group 1 then everythings works again.

Please advice / support our problem…
We have just bougth this divice but until know not working correctly.

Please confirm you are running the latest firmware and driver:

I can confirm that I have all the lastest drivers.
