AnyWhereUSB/5 - random reboots

We have a problem with our AnyWhereUSB/5. The device reboots at random times. Sometime it goes well for a few days, and other times it boots after a few hours.

How can we solve this?

Hi,

Since when are you facing this issue? Does this issue occurs when you connect something like license dongle or any other USB devices?

Updating the newer version of driver and firmware for the device solves the known issues. Try updating the device.
