AnywhereUSB/5 System Status problem

I have AnywhereUSB/5 device with PN:(1P) 50000818-01 C, SN:(S) V531F10FF and MAC: 0020BE:7F10FF

When I turn on the power the System Status light is blinking red, the lights number 2 and 3 are steady red, and the lights number 1, 4, and 5 are off.

Possible reason is overloaded power (greater than 5 V).

What is a solution to reboot, reinstall, repair?
