I have a legacy Anywhere USB/5 which has stopped working. The system status LED never comes on even after disconnecting/reconnecting the power. The other LEDs are flashing red in what looks like a random sequence, 5-5-1245-5-5-1245-5-45-5-5-45-245-5-45-45-5-45-5-5-245-5-5-1245… Is this issue resolvable?
reset the device to factory default.
Try disconnecting everything from the device including ethernet cable and USB devices and connect only power supply cable. If the status LED still blinks red then contact Digi Technical Support
