AnywhereUSB/5 won't start properly

Dear all,

I have an AnywhereUSB/5 (First Generation). When I plug in the power, the 5th LED starts blinking immediately in red. The status LED remains off.

When I plug in my Ethernet cable, my PC says “network cable unplugged.” Obviously, the device is not working properly.

Can anyone help me?

Sounds like there is a hardware issue with the AW/5

I would contact Digi Support to determine if the device is under warranty
