Auto_enum error

Hi.

I’m new in digi…

I’m using a connect prot x4 and a smart plug.

I’m trying to run the auto_enum example , but as you can see in the picture, I have an error:

INFO: AbstractServiceManager: loading ‘XBeeAutoEnum’ from ‘devices.xbee.xbee_devices.xbee_autoenum’
DEBUG: xbee_device_manager: Coordinator NC = 9 at startup
DEBUG: xbee_device_manager: Zigbee Source Routing setting is: None
Exception in thread xbee_device_manager:

File "C: \ Program

File "C: \ Program

IndexError: tuple assignment index out of range

And why the settings for the smart plug were auto generated?

Any idea to run properly this example.

Thanks alot, See you around.

I am having this exact same error and have not been able to resolve it. This happens every time I run my project using three sensors and a smart plug. Any assistance would be great. I emailed support with no response.

I have the latest FW in my X4 and all of my sensors.

Hi.

Make sure your sensors are in the “xbee network devices”

IP_CPX4 - Configuration - Network-Discover XBee Xbee Devices.

Remember that the sensors have a sleep time, then in such cases are not recognized when compiling the program.
