Hello.

Digi AnywhereUSB 14 devices have SNMP support, but it is implemented very poorly. Now, using the SNMP protocol, it is not possible to obtain normal information about the status of client connections to USB ports. In fact, this protocol is useless there.

Please tell me, is there adequate support for the SNMP protocol in the new Digi AnywhereUSB 24 Plus devices? This is an important point in our planning of introducing new equipment into a large corporate environment.

Yes, SNMP support with the AWUSB/14 is limited and likely will not change.

The newer AWUSB/24 Plus does have more advanced SNMP support. But I cannot tell you offhand if it specifically reports the status of Client connections to the ports? Please open a case with Digi tech support by sending an email to tech.support@digi.com
