Hi all,

I’ve just bought two Xbee PRO Zigbee (I think it’s the same as the Xbee PRO 802.15.4,but not sure). And I was wondering about how to programme them. I’ve bought a USB and a RS-232 boards.

Any start guide to begin? I need any additional component to program them?

I would like to programe the modules just to send a message, and log in a file the RSSI value recieved by the module attached to the pc.

Change the output power, channel and the frequency of the messages are sent.

Hi,

If you have an usb xbee explorer, you should just download the x-ctu software. this allows you to do all the things you mention…
