Are there any available examples or basic documentation relating to the CAN (Controller Area Network) Bus for the pins mentioned in the 9P 9215 ‘Hardware Reference’.

These pins are designated :
PIC_0_CAN_RXD - GPIO96
PIC_0_CAN_TXD - GPIO97

Are these pins just simply designated for a CAN bus, or is there code/classes/references available for .NET Micro Framework?

FIM-based CAN bus interface support is currently not available in .NET Micro Framework. The pins mentioned are muxed and available as GPIOs.
