Cannot connect to the device - Eclipse Ubuntu 22.04

Hi, I followed the instruction from here Step 4 - Create your first applications | ConnectCore 6UL
Installed the toolchain and installed all updates.
I created Hello World application but when I try to Create a new connection I get an Error: Connection refused (java.net.ConnectException)
