Choose Digi connect EM or Digi connect ME

Hi all,
I am new at digi. I am going to use an embedded Ethernet in one of my products. however, I can not decide which I should use, digi connect ME or digi connect EM? Can any body help me about choosing one of these products?

thanks for your reply. Do you know which of these is cheaper:
digi connect ME or digi connect EM?

Connect ME is cheaper (less functionnalities).
