We are having a problem with ports becoming non-functional. I have run the loopback test using the PORT AUTHORITY software provided. It looks like the test works but nothing works in the port. I’ve replaced the card and everything works fine. I have tried using the old card in another PC but the port is still non-functional even though its tests ok… any ideas?
It sounds like you might have a bad card there. Please get the serial number off the card then call Technical Support to initiate the RMA process.
