CM32 for remote monitoring

I just bought a digi CM32… I want to use this as a remote terminal server to connect to my Juniper router. My current setup is:

  1. Port forwarding on my internet modem (7000-7032)
  2. Rollover cable is plugged into the console port of Juniper router and connected to CM32 port one (for 7001)

I have not been able to get into the Juniper box. Please help

Try using a straight through cable rather than a rollover cable.
