Is it possible to toggle a LED connected to DI0 pin of a series 2 XBEE with help of a switch connected at DO0 pin of another series 2 XBEE with help of API I/O line passing??

That is the wrong link. But the answer is still yes. You can use the API interface to view the input from radio 1 on radio 2 and then using a remote AT API frame, toggle a line on radio 3.
