Old system is Rabbit BL2000 with firmware size about 280KB, so cannot load firmware to standard of BL2000 (256KB Flash)
What is Part Number of BL2000 with 512KB Flash ?
If it obsolet, Which one board is compatible with BL2000?

The BL200 with 512 flash went eol in 2010. I suggest you take a look at the single board computers listed on the Digi website: http://www.digi.com/
