connecting via IP

Hi!

I require some help for connecting via IP and tester. When positioning the IP , I have to set to detection ranges , meanwhile I face an issue a page shows up with the requirement of code word and username. If someone knows about it ,please let me know. I am using Arduino Micro board for this project.
