I hope someone can help me with a connectivity issue I’m facing with my Digi device. I’ve been trying to establish an Ethernet connection, but I’ve encountered some problems. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Checked the cables: I’ve made sure that the Ethernet cables are securely connected on both ends.
- Power cycle: I’ve attempted to power cycle both my Digi device and the router to see if that would resolve the issue.
- IP configuration: I’ve verified that the IP settings on my Digi device match the network configuration.
Despite these efforts, I’m still unable to establish a connection. The Digi device doesn’t seem to be recognizing the Ethernet connection.
