Help me! During the device Configuration wizard sample no device found

I connect the digi with the ethernet cable but during the setup wizard appear no device found. Also using the digi device discover appear no device found.

what device are you using? Digi ConnectME? What firmware? plug and play? Netos? What are you trying to achieve?

I’m using Digi ConnectME with Netos. Thank you for the answer but I solved this problem.
