I am going to use XBP9XR-0 borad for RF communications.
I am using Windows 10. But I can’t my device in XCTU.
I have installed Digi_USB_RF_Drivers.
Try installing the drivers directly to the COM port via device manager.
First, make sure that you are powering the device from the external power source. Next, make sure that the VCP driver was installed and not listed in other devices. Also make sure that the VCP function is enabled in the Advanced settings of the USB Serial Converter listed under Universal Serial Bus Controllers in device manager.
