I previously purchased your DIGI XBEE SX 868 Development Kit product, which includes 3 boards. I can successfully detect and view 2 of them through the XCTU software. However, when I connect the third board to my laptop, the device is recognized by the system, but it does not appear in XCTU.
What could be the reason for this issue?
How can I solve this problem?
