I need to create a unique address which helps me to communicate my smartphone with the server which is further receiving the data from wireless mesh network through Wireless Temperature sensor https://store.ncd.io/product/industrial-long-range-wireless-temperature-humidity-sensor/. We are going to place these sensors in building basements as well as ducts, Resturant food preservation store. I need some suggestion which while connecting the receivers especially from these sensors with Raspberry Pi how can I further notify the message by using unique addresses?
