I have 2x Digi 6310-DX out in the field. They are both connected and I added their MAC address in on DRM. Both devices show never connected and type of device unknown. Did I miss a step somewhere to get these devices to show up in DRM?

Did you switch the remote management from Digi aView to Digi Remote Manager?
It could be that it is still connecting to Digi aView instead of Digi Remote Manager. If you are unsure, please submit a new case to tech.support@digi.com and we can check for you. All you need to do is supply the MAC addresses of your 2x 6310-DXs.
