Digi Cloud Kit Problem

Hi, i’ve got The Cloud kit (https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/digidocs/pdfs/90001503.pdf), and firstly i was able to connect the Gateway to the WIFI network and to enter in the gateway menu and to make the configurations that are in the guide, but after i reboot i can’t coonect to the gateway in any way: i can’t see it in the wifi, or in the brawser. Any help?

Sound like you are going to need to restore it to defaults. To do that, put a pin in the whole on the side to push in the button, while doing this, power cycle the gateway. Then keep it held in for a good 10 seconds. You should see the LED;s on the top of the Gateway flash at you. Then you can release the reset button and it should then be at defaults.

I return the defaults and try to config the gateway again, but i end up in the same situation. I try to find the new IP of the gateway with the digi device discovery, but nothing… Any help?

I already bypass this problem by using Ethernet rather than WIFI connection, but i have another problem.

I registered the WIFI Gateway in the Remote Manager, but when i go into the web app (https://xbeewifi.herokuapp.com/#/login) for the Gateway i can’t add the Gateway or the XBee module (on the board), because the web app says, that the Gateway is all ready ‘’provisioned’’, and so i can’t continue in to the app. Any help?

That means that the device has already been added to this application. Note that the site you are referring to has not been an actively supported site for some time.
