It tells me “iDigi fetch failed - is your gateway turned on?”. It is on. I have an Etherios account and I can see my Gateway X4 in Device Cloud just fine.
I would very much like to hear more from you on this subject. You must know by now your article goes to the nitty-gritty of the subject.
Make sure that DIA is running on the gateway and data is stored in Device Cloud(iDigi). You can check under Data Services–>Data Streams in Device Cloud.
