Cannot see interface boards in web interface

Hello,
I’m new to iDigi development and seem to be having a hell of a time getting started. Initially I had a reboot timeout error due to an IP issue, and now I’m having another issue. When going to the web interface for my ConnectPort X4 gateway, I can no longer see the RS-232 interface board, or the USB interface board. I’m getting extremely frustrated, it may be caused by a failed firmware update but I’m completely lost now. Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions?

If the devices don’t show on the UI, you can use the X-CTU software to plug the radios into the PC andanually verify/set the radio’s specific parameters.

I suspect however that your network has simply been reset and the other devices have been orphaned from the coordinator. The fastest way to resolve this is to press the comissioning button 4 times on the USB and serial boards. The radios will perform a network reset and attempt find the coordinator again.
