Hi there, I need support regarding the Digi Connect ME (Part No.: DC-ME-01T-S and DC-ME-01T-C) product - I understand it is obsolete 
I have a few Digi Connect ME devices which I need to upgrade its firmware and some devices needs I need to complete a factory reset however, could you support with the following:
- Could you provide the latest available firmware? I normally deal with (.bin) file
- Could you provide instructions/docs. to complete a firmware upgrade over LAN? At the moment, I have instruction to deploy a Telnet session and then use FTP protocol which I am in doubt as my instructions (developed by a colleague whom left my team) stating I have to wait up to 45min. but the file itself is around 1Kb so I am puzzle why the 45min. timer
- Regarding factory reset, could you provide instructions to complete a factory reset? Some of firmware upgrade got corrupted and now I can’t ‘talk/discover’ the device.
