Digi Device Discovery tool 'Error while saving the settings to the device operation timed out (code-2)'

I installed port server LTS16 yesterday.
When performing configure setting using the discovery utility, I insert the password and click OK. The following error message occurs.
-> Error while saving the settings to the device operation timed out (code-2)

And I can’t keep the installation.
I performed factory initialization of the port server modem and tried again, but it failed the same way.
Do you know anything about this issue?

Hello,

You could try to work around this by logging into the LTS16 (e.g. via its webUI or CLI) and then changing its IP address that way, in the network settings.
