Postserver TS2 don't work

We have 4 Portserver TS2, but only one have issues.
we don’t assing IP address, of any way. We try assing IP with, software Digi, manually (cmd box), and still don’t working.
The ACT led is enabling, and Link led is enabling too, and the power led is blinking.

Try using ARP-Ping:

We try with it, for the others 3 devices ARP-ping work, but for the one device with issues ARP-Ping don’t work, and show this message “Request timed out” then show Loss 100%
