the power light is repeatedly blinking and the reset button wont reset, also the digi is unable to be discovered. tried with a crossover cable and on a network with the same subnet. any suggestions on what could be wrong or a way to fix this?

Be sure to hold the reset button while powering on the unit. The button should be held for about 30 seconds.
