Power LED Blinking

I have a PortServer TS MEI 2 port Digi that appears to have a problem. When I power up the Digi the power LED (green) constantly blinks and Digi Discovery Tool indicates “device not found.”

The blinking power LED leads me to suspect a defective Digi – any idea?

Let me correct myself – it appears that the power LED is blinking in a pattern of 8-1-1.

The pattern is probably 9-1-1.
You will likely have to get andRMA to have it repaired.
However, there is a procedure you can try to recover the unit. The article was written for diffferent products, but, you should be able to do the same thing on your unit. See the info at this link:
