Digi IA realport Win2000 fatal error

I am using the Digi IA realport with Win2000, 5.00.2195 Service Pack 2 and I receive the following message on a “blue screen of death”:
*** STOP: 0x000000C2 (0x00000040, 0x00000000, 0x80000000, 0x00000000)
BAD_POOL_CALLER
Begging dump of physical memory. Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or technical support group.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
