Digi Neo 8 serial port on Mandrake 9.0 - 9.2 -10.0 very not stable work

Pleas helз my problem.
I biuld dgnc as write in 93000517_a.txt

> rpmbuild --rebuild 40002369_a.src.rpm

Driver builded as dgnc-1.0-6.i586.rpm
I install driver
> rpm -ivh dgnc-1.0-6.i586.rpm

I start driver, driver start OK.

Driver very not stable work. After 3-20 dial-in rings on any
digi port linux halt in kernel panic.

In process building i see in many strings:
/usr/src/linux-2.4.25-7mdk/include/asm/system.h: In function `__set_64bit_var’:
/usr/src/linux-2.4.25-7mdk/include/asm/system.h:185: warning: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break strict-aliasing rules
/usr/src/linux-2.4.25-7mdk/include/asm/system.h:185: warning: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break strict-aliasing rules

How it fix and make digi work stable and long time?

Please send panic trace to Digi International for analysis.

I not see panic trace on console or syslog…
symptom data:
consloe blank, no keyboard stop obey any key press and Sys-Rq+key also stop obey.
If i out syslog to conslole (tty12) it normal data present a raport only…
I not get network connect to system also system full no respond…
I forcedly press reset…

P.S.
after start from console (service dgnc start) as root, i see:

/bin/ln: make hard link from /dev/ttyn1a' on ttyn1a’: Operation not permitted
/bin/ln: make hard link from /dev/ttyn1b' on ttyn1b’: Operation not permitted

Also how fix it?
I forcing use device from /dev/dg/dgnc/* it not very feel.
Last my distrib Mandrake 10.0 official.
Last my kernel used for building driver from updates Mandrake 10.0:
kernel-2.4.25.7mdk.i586.rpm and kernel-source-2.4.25.7mdk.i586.rpm

The errors seen are normal for devfs based Linux distributions. These are non-destructive errors and the primary /dev/dg/dgnc devices should be used.

Non devfs systems allow a hard link for /dev/ device access.
