Installed 3 Digi Neo 8 port cards in a Windows Server 2012 R2 with driver 9.3.62.0. After a week got a bsod with a “system service exception” referencing file digiclsb.sys .
Thanks for the feedback but it did not. After looking at the most recent memory.dmp file it appears the IRP related blue screen bug reported as fixed in the release notes for V9.3.62.0 is not completely fixed. Here is the description:
“MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS (44)
A driver has requested that an IRP be completed (IoCompleteRequest()), but the packet has already been completed.”
Just came across the Knowledge Base Article from March 12,2015 with a link to beta Neo driver (Rev E1) with the bug fix, any ETA on when this version will be officially released?
