Digi One IAP permanent "Reboot in Progress"

Hi, er somewhat new to this forum I’ve sort of got an IAP locked up in a permanent “Reboot in Progress” loop and unable to regain the normal web page.

I had updated the firmware from G1 to G2 and was attempting to set up the IAP as a Modbus RTU to TCP.

Having searched the support site what’s the recommended way forward in recovering this? I do have telnet access to the IAP.

Ok, it’s either just come good after waiting about 20 mins or it was an IE8 refresh issue.

Glad you found an answer. The ‘web page’ is fairly blindly delaying by time. Learn to watch the RED status and Ethernet lights on the IAP. One it shows Ethernet activity you can usually reconnect even if the web display is waiting.
