We have a large amount of Digi Connects in the field, and after about 2 days their health status shows in error, warn in about 1 day. The devices are still connected, and if we send a Ping to them they come back has healthy, even if we connect to the remote console they will then come back as healthy.
Is there a setting we need to change to show that they are still healthy? Under the Remote management of the settings we have TCP Keep Alives Enabled
