Somehow I am not able to login to system
root does not work. We try our old 5 password. I am not able to login as well but one of other system admin was able to login.
How do I reset the root password without reseting all settings.

Can I even boot this to single user mode and reset the password file?

Which product do you have? There is no such thing as a Digi TS/32. Could you provide a serial number so we could identify this product?

It is 32 port terminal server. Finally I found old password from our company’s lock box. but now I am not able to login to web interface.
How can I reset that password?
