Digimesh associate behavior?

Hello,

I am using Series 1 modules with the DigiMesh firmware in api mode (1 node, 1 coordinator). I have a microcontroller connected to the Xbee module, which resets the module upon boot.

The AI command always succeeds immediately. Is that normal? The ASSOC LED is always off - under which conditions should it light up when using DigiMesh?

After boot (and a successful AI command), I resolve the address of the coordinator. This step sometimes fails/takes 10-20 seconds to succeed. Why, if association is successful?

I realized that I can’t fnd the AI command in the DigiMesh module’s command reference. Does this mean that it’s not supported?
