DIGIT CONNECT IT impossible to connect in my console device port

Hi,

I need help to debug our configuration , i have a Digi Connect IT 48 and it’s link to my cisco console port but when i try to connect in this console port , i have a :

Failed to open serial port
Session closed.

My Port 1 is configure like this :

Mode : Remote Access
Serial Setting : 9600 8 1

Yes , i have reboot my digi and now it’s working

I have rebooted my digi but still not working, any suggestion?
