Good Morning Digi Community.
I took on a recent project to replace some older Digi’s with a newer IP based Digi. The Model number I am using is Digi Passport 8 - 70002258.
The problem I’m having is that when I go to Serial Port > Connection, it shows "No serial port accessible… ’
On an set of older IP Digi’s, I see the IP address of the server connected to that port.
I know there is activity and everything is working because my servers are talking and there are no collisions. Also, when I go to System Statistics > Serial ports, I see a Baud Rate of 9600 and the Tx and Rx count increases as well as activity lights on the RTS, CTS, DTR and DSR.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
