Does Connect ME (9210) has GUI (as PortServer TS)

Does Connect ME (9210) module acts as PortServer TS (already programmed with GUI to set LAN and Serial Port settings) and then just use UART functionality, or it has to be programed first?

We use few PortServer TSs, but now I would need just “Digi Connect ME” part of it…

It’s sold both ways, as a -S (standard plug and play firmware) or a -C/lx (write your own code in NET+OS or DEL).
