Download own code to "Xbee children"

Hi all,

I have just started working with my Zigbee Application Kit. I have to develop a 802.15.4 to ethernet bridge. Obviously, this is just one part of a project regarding location inside buildings. I have been studying all the available resources and these are some conclusions:

  1. there is no problem with the code related to the coordinator. Using Dynamic C (v9.25) I can develop a program that implements the desired functionality for the bridge, I mean, I can have two tasks (costate) one for managing the ethernet interface and the other one for doing whatever I want the coordinator to do.

  2. but what about the children, I mean, those nodes that are not connected to a RCM3720? Can I just download to them the firmware using X-CTU? Because it would be necessary for the project to be able to download to them our own code. Is it possible? Have the RF modules the computational capacity (a ucontroller) that allows them to do it?

Any idea will be wellcome. Thanks is advance.
