Has any seen a corrupted MAC address on a PortServer LTS?

We have experienced a problem on five devices where the Cisco switch has detected a changed MAC Address and shut down the port (Port Security is enabled on the switch)

The changed MAC address appears to be a single bit corruption as in the examples below:

DG41 – MAC configured on switch port is - 0040.9d8a.c806 was corrupted to 4040.9d8a.c806

I recommend reaching out to Digi Tech. Support regarding these messages to see if repair is needed. Be sure and provide them with the serial number(s).
